Damaged or broken items Policy
- We only accept returns on items that are broken or damaged prior to delivery of your order.
- Please inspect all items in your order immediately upon receiving your order.
- If there are any issues with your order please contact us at info@showpiececreations.com
- We DO NOT offer refunds but will gladly send you a replacement item.
- Once you email us at info@showpiececreations.com we will send you a return label and further instructions.
Shipping Policy
- All orders (excluding custom orders) are processed within 7-14 business days and a order confirmation will be sent via email.
- If any issues should arise a followup email will be sent giving an update on order status.
- We use USPS as our primary means of shipping and UPS for larger custom orders.
- You will receive notification when your order has shipped including tracking info.
- Custom order processing and shipping times will be given based on order.
